Chris Stampd is currently one of the hottest menswear designers in fashion. Upon starting his namesake label roughly five years ago, it quickly blossomed into a sought after favorite among streetwear enthusiasts and menswear aficionados alike.
Now, the Los Angeles-based designer and brand owner presents his first-ever store, appropriately located in the City of Angels. The boutique is positioned in an area of South La Brea that is also home to similar imprints such as Union, Undefeated, Garrett Leight California Optical, American Rag and Steven Alan. The shop has no street-level windows, as it is nestled quietly in a two-story building where shoppers are in turn forced to purposely look for the retailer.
“We wanted to create an environment that’s not traditionally thought of for a retail space,” says Stamp of the location that was designed alongside famed firm Snarkitecure.
In mimicking the overall look and feel of the brand itself, the venue also boasts heavily monochrome designs, with black and white hues at the forefront. The space comes off as a neat and well-organized boutique, doubling as an art gallery, which is not by happenstance.

We highly suggest stopping by the next time you’re in Southern California.
